Trehalose - The Alternative, All Natural Sweetener
Trehalose is a naturally occurring sugar energy source with 40-45% of the sweetness of sucrose. It is a white crystalline powder (trehalose dehydrate) produced from cornstarch by a patented enzymatic Hayashibara process.
