What is success? is there any one approach to it? Be radical, because it seems to me that there is a plethora (that is no longer a big word) of business motivation writers and success writers, each with a different (but inherently similar) approach to success.
It seems to me that if you have a goal, have the initiative to start, and have the focus to pursue the goal, then you can pretty much use whatever means you can think of to achieve it.
It comes down to how insane are you?
Are you insane enough to engage in absurdities all day and night about outlandish ideas that "realistic" people would never pursue?
Are you ridiculous enough to get up at 5 A.M. with a fire in your gut and the tenacity of a tiger woods?
I've observed that the faster you become insane, and the level to which you become insane determine your success.
But these days you have to be REALLY crazy, the dicing of the world via Google has served us up hundreds of thousands (millions?) of mini-markets.
And as my good friend (at least online...) Seth Godin likes to say, you have to be the purple cow. I say be the purple cow piloting a giant flesh eating naked robot that's on fire and handing out money.
