about Kristen Specketer

Unparalleled service has been Kristen’s key to success in her real estate career. She began in the business as a Marketing Director for a large Front Range builder and then demonstrated her entrepreneurial side, starting a real estate investment company. Through this, she gained experience with fix-n-flips, foreclosures, short sales, lease options, discount note purchasing and property management. That hard earned experience, coupled with her education, has served her clients well. Shortly after getting her real estate license, she went to work for a LoDo Denver real estate company as Vice President of Operations before joining The Group. Currently she has several rental properties and has built relationships with a great network of contractors, builders, developers and more. Kristen was born and raised in Colorado and grew up in the Loveland area. She enjoys being involved in several real estate groups, participating in philanthropic activities and spending time with family and friends, including her beautiful daughter, Taylor.
